MARKET POLICIES & VENDOR GUIDELINES
• Booth space is not secured until the application is approved and payment is received.
• Once approved, an invoice will be sent by email.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable.
• Non-payment will result in forfeiture of booth space.
• Booth placement is assigned upon approval and payment.
• Specific booth location requests may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
• Vendors must check in at the designated staging area upon arrival.
• Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire market.
• Early teardown is not permitted.
• Vendors must keep booth areas clean and accessible to customers.
• Vendors must be respectful to fellow vendors, customers, and organizers.
• Food vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal food service regulations.
• The market is held rain or shine. Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of organizers, and there are no rain dates or weather-related refunds.
• We are unable to accommodate switching market dates. Please register only for dates you are able to attend.
